About

I specialize in working with teenagers, young adults, adult couples, and families with a member or members on the ASD, and/or diagnosed with ADHD. I am dedicated to supporting neurodiverse folx in identifying and engaging with their goals. My areas of experience include transitioning life stages, "failure to launch" syndrome, social skills, finding community, anxiety, depression, supporting people diagnosed and undiagnosed with ADHD, and the nuanced experience of being on the Autism Spectrum.

I am compassionate, positive, pragmatic, and flexible. I am no stranger to humor and cynicism. Talk therapy and expressive forms of communication (journaling, arts, etc) have an equal place in the therapy room. My approach utilizes combinations of Motivational Interview, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and a systems approach.

Flexibility is paramount as life is ever-changing. I deeply believe therapy is a collaboration where-in you are the driver and I am the co-navigator. My support is adaptive and sensitive to who you are and where ever you are on your healing journey. Feel free to reach out for a 20-minute consultation. I'm excited to engage with you and any of your questions!
