About

Bonjour! Congratulations on taking the courageous step towards self-improvement! I offer a compassionate and gentle approach to therapy, rooted in empathy and attentive listening. I am committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of my clients. Drawing from my diverse background, I am dedicated to providing inclusive and culturally competent care to clients from all walks of life. In therapy, I believe in fostering a collaborative and empowering environment where clients feel heard, valued, and supported. While my gentle demeanor and empathetic nature create a safe space for exploration, I am also comfortable being direct.

Therapy is a collaborative process between the client and the therapist, and I strive to empower my clients with the tools they need to succeed. I embrace a strength-based approach, focusing on amplifying the inherent strengths and resilience of each of my clients.

I am a French native of African descent who has lived in the United States for an extended period of time, I am passionate about exploring how therapeutic modalities can be adapted to better serve underrepresented populations. I am dedicated to supporting you on your journey towards healing, self-love, and self-discovery!
