My name is Grace Moran and I am a Licensed Mental Health and Rehabilitation Counselor with 20 years of experience working with adults, children, couples and families with a wide variety of mental health concerns and needs. I also have specialized experience in treating trauma-based mental illnesses and injuries and have provided mental health and vocational rehabilitation services to many agencies including the local foster care system, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and domestic violence, and sexual violence agencies. My therapeutic approach matches specific diagnoses and gold standard treatments for those diagnoses. Therapy is a gift you give to yourself. Your happiness matters and together we will discover real-life solutions to your real-life problems. I believe in working together to develop achievable goals that have tangible results and teaching you therapy techniques so that you have the tools to use on your own once we part ways. I am a real person and that shows in our sessions. Therapy is a safe environment to be completely open and yourself without judgment.
