About

I’m a therapist passionate about helping people navigate the complex relationship between eating disorders and trauma. My approach is rooted in the belief that healing happens through connection and curiosity—whether with ourselves, others, or within the therapeutic relationship. Creating a safe, supportive space is my priority, allowing clients to explore their experiences without judgment. I’ve seen firsthand how trauma can shape our relationships with food and our bodies. Many times, eating disorders serve as a way to cope with deeper emotional pain.

I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a compassion focused approach to help clients challenge unhelpful beliefs and rediscover their strengths. I am also trained in Cognitive processing Therapy (CPT) for clients who need a more tailored intervention. My goal is to help empower clients to reclaim their narrative and find joy in life again.

I’m committed to honoring each client and ensuring that our work together is tailored to their needs. I’m here to support clients on their journeys toward healing and self-acceptance. Together, we can explore the underlying issues contributing to their challenges, fostering a more positive relationship with themselves and others.
