Life is a Journey with many ups and downs. We never know what will happen even though we spend time trying to plan away our pain and control everything and everyone around us. If you find that your life's Journey is not where you want it to be or, you are experiencing stress and facing the pain of past traumas, I am here to help. If you want to work toward a life that brings you joy and fulfillment, I can assist you in finding your inner peace. During my career I have worked with children as young as three and adults as experienced as 83. I believe my role is to help my clients find their inner peace, release their inner turmoil and utilize their inner strength. I offer a supportive, judgment free therapy and safe place for all who enter. I have extensive experience in trauma with all ages. Many of us know we need help but are too afraid to ask for it. You are not alone. Only you know when you have reached your limit in your personal struggles in life.
