Hi. I am Grace. My efforts are consistently to help people grow and heal within relationships. I do this by being a gentle, present human while I engage others in unraveling old, futile patterns. I have a lot of energy for my work and have watched for 15 years how the right therapist at the right time can help a person or couple shift and change in enormous ways. I have advanced training in couple's therapy; however, I encourage people to remember that one can do relational work even when a partner doesn't join in therapy. I see individual and couples. Couples are the people I care the most to help because our partnerships and marriages are the least supported in our culture. My specialty areas are anxiety, grief, trauma recovery, family and couple's issues, relationship agreements and changes (including separation and divorce), love and attachment in the setting of mental illness, and sexuality.
