I believe that humans are hardwired for intimate connection. Yet, we often encounter barriers that keep us from cultivating the authentic and deep connections that we crave. I offer an inclusive and affirming space for individuals, couples, and families to explore roadblocks to vulnerability, break old patterns, and deepen understanding of themselves and others. When we connect with and honor the deepest parts of ourselves, we are able to shift toward more authentic and fulfilling approaches to navigating life and relationships. I work with a variety of presenting issues, though my passion lies in adult ADHD/ASD and common associated concerns like shame, people pleasing, emotional dysregulation, self-doubt, and codependency. My approach is rooted in curiosity, connection, and honoring what is meaningful to you. I use narrative, emotionally-focused, and solution-focused therapies. The journey toward healing can be life-changing, but also challenging and unfamiliar. I'll meet you where you are at on your unique journey, and will work with you at your pace.
