Are you looking for help with the challenges you face? Therapy can provide the supportive space to look at your life and make a change for the better. Often, relationships are at the heart of many of those challenges. You may want a better relationship with someone in your life. You may have a want to resolve the painful history of a past relationship. You may want a better relationship with yourself. Ultimately, you can have deeper and more meaningful relationships and feel better about yourself. I can help you find what you want. Together we will use traditional talk therapy to meet your goals. As a certified Kripalu yoga teacher, we can also explore a more body-centered approach using yogic breathing and meditation to move through difficulty and challenge and find more satisfaction in your life. I have extensive experience working with youth and adolescents, HIV/AIDS, anxiety, depression, chronic illness and substance abuse. I take a person-centered, strength-based approach with an appreciation for the diversity of your unique life, cultural and historical perspective and experiences. Compassion is at the heart of my practice.
