About

I am a Person-Centered therapist who is committed to helping adults learn how to self-actualize and build a solid toolbox of skills to help them navigate through life. My work focuses on helping clients change behavior by changing their way of thinking. I'm passionate about providing a safe and nonjudgmental environment where you can explore and express your feelings openly. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals. I also provide Inclusive Faith based Counseling, with the approach of integrating faith from a biblical perspective into the therapeutic process to help promote mental health.

I have experience with anxiety, depression, major life changes, trauma, self-esteem issues, building coping skills, building communication skills, spiritual needs, and suicidal ideation.

Additionally, I'm a native Spanish speaker and I offer full counseling services in Spanish. Growing up in the Hispanic collectivistic culture, I understand it well and I use a holistic approach to address the whole person’s wellbeing.
