About

My goal is to facilitate your healing with joy. I come from a trauma-informed, body-centered, and experiential training. So, my ideal clients are often open-minded and interested in mindful movement practices and the arts. I work with individuals seeking transformation, recovering from trauma, interested in embodied healing, working through life transitions, and unpacking family and relationship dynamics. I help individuals heal from traumatic events, panic, insomnia, grief, boundary ruptures, depression, and blocks in creativity. Together, we will be having laughter and tears while discovering new paths that are healing and whole.

I use a combination of EMDR, Gestalt Therapy, Somatic Psychology, and Expressive arts therapy. In the here and now, I guide individuals in reclaiming and interpreting somatic signals and uncovering trapped emotions due to unfinished experiences. I facilitate movement, artistic expression, dialogue, self-acceptance, and inner compassion.

I will work alongside you to help you unpack your story as a healing journey. I absolutely love my work and am always finding ways to share my findings. In recent research, I found how this process can strengthen your inner sense of identity and outer sense of belonging; for more info, check www.gestaltdance.com. I look forward to hearing from you, Giselle
