About

Too often we feel we are surviving rather than thriving. Do you feel stuck in grief or loss, or that your anxiety is running the show? Are your relationships painful or not satisfying?Also- Parenting is hard! Maybe you're a new parent and it isn't what you expected or even hoped for. Nobody tells us about the postpartum experience- the self critiques, the loss of identity. Not to mention the pain that comes with a birth plan gone wrong or an intense fertility journey. Whether you're dealing with the effects of childhood trauma, experiencing conflict in your relationships, or seeking support for parenting challenges, I am here.

I am trained in Maternal Mental Health and I specialize in parenting, perinatal, fertility, Single Moms By Choice and parenting neurodiverse kiddos. I have an insiders understanding of the NICU, IEP's and advocating for a child. I also love doing family therapy. I use cognitive/behavioral, mindfulness, talk therapy, EMDR, attachment/inner child work and more

I am direct, compassionate and I use humor in session. Therapy doesn't have to always hurt! I am LGBTQ+ affirmative and believe therapy should never be one size fits all. We can unpack what's impacted you, work on healing, and allow you to move forward. Find power in a world that may tell you you are powerless, and help you see what already lies within you.
