It is a gift to engage in a therapeutic relationship with another human who shows up with vulnerability and courage to ask for support in their life. I am here to meet you where you are on your journey, to support and guide you in living the life you envision. I have worked in community mental health in Santa Fe for the last 9 years utilizing evidenced based practices, art as therapy, mindfulness skills, and nutritional/integrative strategies to support clients in reaching their mental health goals. I am truly honored to walk along another person’s path and listen to their story; what they have overcome to be where they are, and hold a light on their continued journey.
