About

I work with folks who want help understanding themselves, finding compassion and acceptance for themselves and figuring out more fulfilling ways to live. My clients often have trauma in their backgrounds and a big part of my work is giving them the tools and information they need to operate trauma-affected brains with less strife, more delight. I also work with folks around identity, sexuality and gender, helping them reject shame and grasp hold of the life they want to live authentically.

I use psychoeducation, mindfulness and self-compassion to address trauma, anxiety, depression, shame, feelings of stuckness, relationship strife and family-of-origin wounds. My specialties include PTSD, CPTSD, queer life, infertility and pregnancy loss, emotional regulation and identity issues.

It can feel really good to walk into a quiet room where you know someone is going to receive you, hear you, fully empathize with your pain, focus on what feels most important to you and help hold the wounds that are so heavy to carry alone. Come on up and let's see how I can help.
