I am a clinician at NYC Cognitive Therapy, a Manhattan-based practice specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I work with both individual clients and groups on issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, and stress. I help clients uncover deeply rooted beliefs that prohibit them from living how they desire. My style of therapy is compassionate, accepting, and mindful. My clients and I work together to enhance awareness and explore the interconnectedness between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I utilize a CBT-based approach combined with mindfulness in my work with clients. I received CBT certification through the Beck Institute for CBT and currently work under the supervision of Noah Clyman, LCSW-R, the director of NYCT. I am also a licensed yoga teacher (RYT 500) and use my yoga and meditation training to inform my clinical work with clients. Do you feel burned out or drained of energy? Do you feel depressed or have anxious thoughts? Do you lack enjoyment in your life like you used to? If so, it would be my honor to work with you. My mission is to help you fulfill your therapeutic goals by helping you strengthen your emotional well being and providing you with tools and techniques to cope.
