My experience includes working with adolescents and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and beyond. I believe in the healing power of relationships and pull from a psychodynamic lens. I utilize a variety of modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), to assist each individual in exploring their strengths, abilities, and path to understanding how to manage life.
