My own eating disorder experience and recovery drive my deep commitment to supporting others facing similar challenges. I understand the complexities and nuance of healing from an eating disorder, and I believe that having someone who truly 'gets it' can provide a great deal of comfort and healing. I prioritize client autonomy, supporting you in therapeutic pursuits that align with your goals. Whether that’s recovery, harm reduction, or symptom maintenance, I’m here to collaborate on a path that honors your needs and values. Therapy with me is flexible; the most important thing is the connection and curiosity we build together. We can explore who you are beyond your relationship with food, exercise, an eating disorder, or whatever feels most important to you. Together, we can work on building self-compassion, finding ways to cope with painful emotions and urges, and/or creating a supportive care web that encourages healing and growth. Whatever we work on, it's always at your pace and based on what feels right for you.
