Many of the people that I meet in my practice are feeling "stuck" in some area of life - they can't seem to get traction in making change happen. Addictions, co-dependence, anxiety, depression, anger, poor self-image, lack of assertiveness, lack of closeness in relationships, and struggles with getting past major life traumas are many of the issues we focus on in sessions. I have extensive experience in addictions, trauma, adolescent therapy, and relationship issues. I have practiced Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) since 2009.
