I have close to 10 years experience in the field and I still love what I do! My specialties include helping individuals through depression, anxiety, finding work-life balance, helping people-pleasers learn to set healthy boundaries, and providing faith-based therapy for individuals who request that. I am also passionate about helping support individuals who are grappling with a loved one's addiction, as I personally know just how challenging this can be. Additionally, I'm trained to treat OCD using ERP therapy, which is the gold-standard treatment for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
While experience and knowledge is definitely important as a therapist, building a therapeutic relationship with my Clients that is warm, supportive, and respectful is incredibly important to me. My Clients appreciate that I genuinely care about them and I want them to succeed.
