For youth (12-18 years old), I offer individual sessions in a safe space where you can talk openly and find your path to healing. For veterans, I provide individual or group sessions where we explore how trauma has shaped your life. Using a combination of (CBT) and other proven techniques, we’ll work on building healthy ways to cope and regain control. With empathy, mindfulness, and cultural awareness, we can unlock your inner strengths and transform how you view your experiences.
