Please know that your health/mental health is my main concern. The Corona Virus pandemic has been a challenge to everyone and transitioning back to "normal" may also be stressful. You might be feeling afraid, anxious, alone, isolated, confused, angry... in addition to all the other stressors that you may have in your life. I believe that I can help. I am very comfortable working with a range of issues/concerns/diagnoses. A significant aspect of my practice is my sensitivity to culture and diversity. I also enjoy working with young adults helping them to transition into adulthood. My understanding of the mind and human behavior is grounded in Psychoanalytic thought and my approach to treatment is dynamic and eclectic. I incorporate a variety of interventions as needed. I am invested in helping patients have a new corrective emotional experience by providing a safe space and being present and available. I wish to thank you for taking the time to review my profile. The decision to get help is not always easy but it shows some compassion for self. I welcome the opportunity to meet you to discuss your concerns and to see if we can be a good fit. All sessions are now virtual or phone. Please call or email for an appointment. TALKING HELPS!
