About

Initiating therapy can often feel scary, which is why my priority is to create a secure, warm, and welcoming space for you, ensuring your greatest comfort. My therapeutic approach is infused with understanding, empathy, and authenticity. I strive to establish a unique rapport with all my clients, fostering an environment for you to learn, evolve, and actualize the life you desire. It's an honor to observe both the healing and growth that occurs during the process of therapy. I believe magical things can happen when there is a strong therapeutic relationship that is built off trust and a genuine connection.

My area of expertise involves working with clients struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, stress, life transitions, grief, relationship/family issues, substance abuse and victims of narcissistic abuse. I use a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing.

I provide complimentary 15 minute consultations to determine if we are a suitable match. I kindly encourage you to reach out to me to arrange a consultation, schedule an appointment, or to express any questions you may have. I look forward to connecting with you and helping you start your journey to living as your highest and healthiest self!
