About

I believe therapy is about collaboration, working together to discover and explore your strengths and find your unique story. I offer a caring and non-judgmental space where you’ll feel heard as you move toward achieving your personal goals. I’ve been working as a school counselor in Vermont with families in crisis and these past few years have been especially tough due to the pandemic, impacting our youth profoundly. Having witnessed this firsthand within the school system, I was inspired to start my own practice.

I am a pre-licensed, rostered professional and I hold a Master’s degree in social work and a license in school counseling, bringing years of experience to assist children, teens, young adults, and families facing diverse challenges - be it trauma, anxiety, educational hurdles, or family conflict. My approach is grounded in strengths-based, solutions-focused,

What matters most to me is creating an environment tailored to your needs, ensuring the most favorable outcomes for your journey. It takes strength to seek support. Reach out so I can help you take this important step toward making positive change in your life.
