Any of us can feel lost, stuck or overwhelmed and unsure of what to do. Perhaps you yearn to be more resilient, to have a better sense of who you are, and seek to figure out what you can do about the things interfering with your life, goals, and relationships. Come find new ways to see and approach things. You have more strengths than you may realize. You can grow and things can change this year. I especially enjoy supporting adolescents, college-age, and LGBTQIA clients and people at turning points in their lives. If your past keeps intruding on your present, especially past trauma, perhaps EMDR can help send it back to the past. I offer a safe, creative space for addressing the things holding you back. I specialize in addressing trauma, depression, anxiety, stressors, and identity issues. I feel honored to accompany and support clients as they grow. I came to this work from the human rights field. My interest in how resilience is built began while volunteering with refugees. So many had it! I wondered how people learn it, and have discovered many paths to that. Otherwise, I love kayaking, painting, singing, watching truly awful action movies, having nature adventures, and cuddling my cats.
