Therapists » Marriage & Family Therapist Associate
As we navigate various stages of life, it can be easy to lose our connection to ourselves and others. This loss of connection can manifest in various ways, such as anxiety, depression, and/or relationships strains. No matter the form, therapy can be a place where you can recover this connection. My priority is to convey and create a sense of safety for you. Providing a warm, nonjudgemental space as we navigate your patterns and hardships is essential. I will attend to your physical, social, and mental health as we navigate treatment. By attending to all of these areas I hope you feel supported and seen in our time together. I am relationally and systemically trained, which means that I approach clients from a holistic perspective. Whether our treatment looks like individual, couples, and/or family therapy, you can take comfort in knowing that my approach is trauma informed and culturally sensitive. I utilize this perspective with young children, adolescents, and adults. I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I earned dual Bachelors’ degrees in Mass Media and Psychology at the University of Georgia. Additionally, I completed a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and earned a Medical Family Therapy Certificate from East Carolina University. I have also completed a Level One Gottman Certification.
