Hello! My name is Gabriell (Gabbi) Gereau, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of NY, though I now live in Massachusetts. I love helping others improve their mental health and overall well-being, whether it be through play therapy, mindfulness exercises, talking through past trauma, or focusing on day-to-day stressors. Navigating life as a child, teenager, or young adult can be difficult. You are constantly learning new things, facing new challenges, and trying to adapt to our ever-changing world. I have years of experience helping young people through challenges with anxiety, depression, Autism, adjustment disorders, and more. I also love working with individuals struggling with stressors related to intellectual or developmental disabilities. I have been told that my sessions feel laid back and conversational, which I believe helps my clients feel comfortable enough to open up and be able to make progress. I love being able to laugh with my clients as well as provide a space for serious emotions and insights.
