My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing on Person-centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and more, to create a personalized plan that meets each client's unique needs. I find counseling to be a collaborative effort in which I am able to impart knowledge, perspectives, and skills that can be helpful in the therapeutic journey I am particularly passionate about negative thought patterns and how that may hinder our full potential in day to day life. Whether you aim to enhance your coping skills, process grief or trauma, improve relationships, manage stress, or boost your overall mental health, choosing to begin or continue therapy is a courageous step toward healing.
