About

Hola/Hello! My name is Gabriela Ortiz (She/Ella) and I am a bilingual art therapist, clinical supervisor and artist merging art therapy, talk therapy, and culturally sensitive treatment through a client centered approach. I have 15 years experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families coping with a variety of experiences including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, domestic violence, issues with self-esteem, stressful life transitions and challenges due to immigration.

Life can be challenging and full of unexpected circumstances and events. My goal is to create a safe therapeutic environment and build a rapport by getting to know you and hearing about your needs and goals.

Together, we can discover the tools and coping strategies that best suit you to face life’s obstacles and guide you on your journey of self-reflection, self-exploration, and self-empowerment.
