I'm Gabriela, a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern with a passion for supporting children, adolescents, and young adults. I aim to create a safe and nurturing environment where my clients can feel seen, heard, and understood without judgment to explore various developmental and psychological challenges and build emotional resilience. I specialize in addressing challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, ADHD, relationship conflicts, adjustment to life changes, and fostering healthy decision-making. Through a mindfulness and somatic approach, I work to help my clients reconnect with their physical and emotional experiences, empowering them to achieve personal success.
