As an Italian-American immigrant and expatriate with extensive training in Social Work and Psychotherapy, as well as over 20 years in the Corporate world, I bring a lot of life experience to my work as a therapist. We will work together to confront the roots of anxiety, depression, lack of self-esteem and confidence, and self-destructive behaviors. I can help you with anxiety and depression, relationships, immigration issues, sexuality, emotional impact of student loans, and addictive compulsive behavior. Career counseling. My goal is to help my clients to build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they would like to accomplish, and to stop their self-destructive thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Particular focus is given to millennials. I am in-network with Aetna and Medicare, and accept other insurances as an out-of-network provider. I am a Fordham University alumnus, and a Phi Kappa Phi life member. I graduated from the Training Institute for Mental Health, with a 4 year post-graduate degree and an advanced training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy.
