About

Reaching out for counseling can be scary or intimidating. It can also be challenging to find the right "fit" with a therapist. I hope to offer a place where clients can feel seen, heard, and appreciated. Seeking counseling can help you make sense of your past, present, and your future. If you are feeling down, anxious, lost, or just off and your current coping skills aren't working, starting therapy might be a good next step.

I have experience treating young adults and adults with a wide variety of mental health concerns. I focus first on building warm and genuine relationships with clients and try to empower them to make meaning in their own lives. I have specific experience with college students and people with disabilities.

I try to get to know my clients and how their identities intersect to create the person they are. I have experience treating anxiety, OCD, relationship concerns, low self-esteem/self-efficacy, perfectionism, and more. If this sounds like it may be a fit for you, don't hesitate to reach out :) If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911
