As a teen I struggled with depression and anxiety greatly. I never felt understood or strong enough to obtain freedom from these crippling emotions. What was once my greatest weakness has turned into my greatest passion! I believe my experience is my greatest strength as a counselor. I believe I am equip to walk alongside my clients through their specific and unique needs. I strives to help each clients overcome the obstacles that are depriving them from living the abundant life we were created for. Creating new habits, thoughts, and identifying the way your past has affected you is the cornerstone of my work with every client.
