Since the devastating loss of my father to cancer and suicide, I’ve been ignited with a passion to uplift and support men of color who face emotional pain and to empower survivors of suicide loss. As a grief companion who understands the depth of loss, I'm deeply committed to supporting you through the challenging path of grief. I understand that grief is complex and deeply personal, and I believe in the power of awareness, education, and authentic connection to help you navigate this healing journey. I will create a space where you can be seen, heard, and understood. I honor your unique experiences, allowing you to process your pain in a way that resonates with you. While grief can't be fixed, I'm here to guide you toward finding peace through the pain, helping you carry it with gentleness and compassion. As a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive therapist, my goal is to help you reclaim your sense of self and wholeness amid sorrow. I'm here to walk alongside you as you rebuild your life, fostering resilience and hope. My mission is for you to leave our sessions knowing that what you're experiencing is NORMAL and NATURAL inside of grief.
