Having background in literature and language, I know our stories and how we talk about them are vital to understanding core issues. Maybe you have a story you keep telling yourself and you can't seem to break free of the plot? Maybe you're looking to find the words to help you stand tall? Maybe you're not sure what your character's next move is? Or need help connecting the dots of a backstory? I'm here to listen. My hope is that we can find answers together, or get you to a place where you are the author of your life. Often I use an integrated approach, drawing on different evidence based modalities. Also, a broad range of lived experience helps make it easier for us to relate. Some of my interests include studying languages, board games and creative pursuits - which means that I take interests in different cultures and backgrounds, and can often think outside the box.
