I enjoy working with clients from varied backgrounds, cultures, and stages of life. Working with individuals or couples who are seeking to walk their best path, let go of habits and behaviors that are holding them back, I find challenging and rewarding. The trust that exists between client and counselor for great work to happen, is a privilege and something I take quite seriously. I take a holistic approach in therapy with specialities in relationship counseling and working with addictive behaviors (substance use and gambling disorders, in particular). Having three graduate degrees and over 30 years of counseling experience assist me in working with a diverse range of issues, cultures, ages, and life challenges / transitions.
