About

Creating an engaged therapeutic relationship is where we start. I became a therapist because I believe in the power of relationships. Moved by my own experiences, I wanted to guide others to push past perceived limitations, obstacles, and fear to live a full and meaningful life. We all have the ability to grow, heal, and move forward. I have over 20 years of experience providing individual and group therapy, focusing on parent coaching, family systems work, and navigating depression and anxiety. I have sat across and heard many stories of loss and courage with an open heart - let's work together to explore yours. View 10 Photos

I work with adults and couples, 18 and older, treating a broad range of diagnoses including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and ASD. My areas of expertise are Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT). I utilize an integrated, transdiagnostic approach to build a relationship with self and others.

I love what I do and am committed to helping you define your needs and desires. Therapy is a joint process and our partnership will provide a strong foundation to equip you with self- agency to develop new patterns and create a life closer to your ideal and recalibrate your relationship with yourself and others. Let me assist as you journey to a new norm.
