I work with people in three different ways: 1) short-term counseling (2 - 6 sessions) using the I Ching to help with specific questions and situations; ongoing counseling via email; and support for client and patient-centered professionals. Big picture, I see my work as helping us learn to take care of our mental and emotional lives. By expanding our awareness and capabilities, we become able to handle whatever life throws at us, whether it's relationship problems, work stress, mental health diagnoses, physical health issues, parenting, or other life challenges.
