About

Are you feeling the pressure of stress, or anxiety in your daily routine? Are there unresolved issues impacting your relationships? Have you been struggling & feel that now is the time to get support? You don't have to do this alone, please let me help. Life's challenges can stem from previous trauma, changes in family structure, life transitions, or a host of other themes. We'll work through those together, by making our sessions uniquely yours, allowing growth through confronting the threat of fear, anxiety (and any other problem which may make you feel stuck) while developing healthier coping strategies.

Through my own journey (and as a military spouse), I have experience working with prior military, active duty/veterans & families, all from unique and culturally diverse backgrounds. I've experienced tough situations and coached others through difficult life transitions. Trainings received are in: CBT, DBT, EFT, Gottman Method and Solution-Focused Therapy.

I work with individuals, couples and families (including adults, teens and preteens) all while providing a safe space, free of judgment, where you can seek support and grow according to your purpose. I will help you create a plan that works for you. It takes courage to seek therapy and my goal is to make sure your experience is a meaningful yet healing one.
