Therapists » Marriage & Family Therapist Associate
No matter where you are in your journey, I am here for you with judgement-free, support. Whether you have a specific goal or just feel lost and don’t know what you need yet, we can start wherever you are. I am comfortable sitting with you in your darkest spaces, celebrating your victories, sifting through overwhelm when everything feels like chaos, and everything in-between. As a transmasculine and autistic person, I deeply understand the importance of creating a safe and affirming space to explore your identity and navigate life's complexities. Together, we can find what works best for you, no matter what that looks like. I offer empathetic and effective support to people seeking gender-affirming care, navigating burnout, and grappling with issues related to sexual and identity trauma. I am especially passionate about working with clients experiencing dissociation and intimacy issues. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and informed by IFS, EMDR, and neural integration. I became a therapist because I was the client. I believe that the most important part of therapy is human connection and understanding, and I know firsthand how relieving it can be to connect with someone who understands your experience. As a therapist, I see you as the expert and take a supporting role in your journey. This space will always belong to you.
