Felicia has experience working with adolescents, adults, and families. She approaches counseling from a person centered perspective providing a safe, non-judgmental environment to process transitions, life events, trauma, and the means to strengthen your personal mental health.

The aim is to encourage self-actualization, self-determination, build resilience, and build upon the values and virtues that each individual possess.

Based on your needs, Felicia will work with you to develop a personalized plan of treatment. Felicia utilizes a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
