Therapy is about leaning into healing work by exploring our thoughts, feelings, and experiences. So many of us are in need of curated spaces which offer us the means to begin this important work. I believe therapy is one of many pathways for growth, healing, and change. I'm excited to build community with clients who are ready to do the work in the therapy room and carry that work into their lives outside of the therapy room. My clinical approach and lens is often a good match for concerns including life transitions, life stress, depression, anxiety, grief and various forms of loss, and identity-related concerns. My area of emphasis is working with individuals who experience the harmful effects of racial minoritization, systemic oppression, and social inequity. Cultivating agency, joy, empowerment, liberation, and cultural strengths are important pieces of my work with these clients. This work honors the fullness of who we are and what we experience. Thank you for visiting my profile today. My hope is that something you read here inspires you to continue in your process of finding a therapist-whether that be with me or another mental health professional. I look forward to hearing from you if you believe my therapeutic style is a good fit for your concerns and therapy goals.
