About

We are born inherently intact, hard wired to experience life fully in all its beauty. By no fault of our own, life often leads us astray from our true nature, and we are left depressed, anxious, traumatized: hurting. By choosing to enter a therapeutic relationship with a caring other, I strongly believe that we can reconnect with that core energy and vitality. Therapy can be the vehicle to healing the mind, connecting with our core spirit, and achieving the personal growth and fulfillment that we all seek as humans. I would be honored to be that caring other and accompany you on your journey of healing and fulfillment.

I am Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and a Level III Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapist (“AEDP”). I am trained in and use a variety of therapeutic techniques to meet the diverse needs of my patients with respect, curiosity and compassion.

I have worked in community mental health as well as in the public high school, which together have given me the amazing opportunity to work with and learn from people from different backgrounds, cultures and communities. I look forward to bringing my full self to my work with you.
