Does your child or teen have problems getting along with others?Are you feeling overwhelmed with the demands of your daily life? Are you needing support to deal with all this stress? I can help. I have worked with children as young as 3 y.o. and adults in their 70's and all ages in-between to help them learn to enjoy life more. My clients learn ways to relax and to take better care of themselves emotionally and physically. They learn to TALK about their stresses instead of taking hem out on themselves or others. They learn to solve problems. I am their helper/coach/cheerleader. I can accommedate work and school schedules.I accept most insurance and employee assistance plans.
