About

Individuals, couples and families get stuck in patterns of thought and behavior, and I am here to help clients recognize these patterns and take charge of the direction of their lives. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and I take a collaborative approach to help you explore yourself, your relationships and your family in ways that feel right to you. My goal is to meet you where you're at with empathy and compassion to help you get where you want to go and meet your goals.

I work with children, teens and adults from all walks of life, ages 5+, helping to manage relationships, build skills and improve functioning. I have worked extensively with neurodiverse clients, particularly those with ADHD and autism spectrum disorder, and I work with those experiencing anxiety, depression and mood disorders.

It takes courage to reach out and ask for help! Together we can explore what works for you and take steps towards the healing you deserve.
