About

Are you an adult who was recently diagnosed ADHD? Hi! Continually feeling overwhelmed is a sign that your current life is NOT sustainable and that change is desperately needed. You’re exhausted. You thought things would get better with time but they haven’t…. and to be truthful, they probably won’t unless change is consciously made. Trapped emotions can keep you tied to patterns that aren’t fueling the version of you that you want to be. That you choose to be. A new diagnosis, or curiosity around one from what you've heard from friends or seen online, can shed light on ways to support your best you.

Looking to work closely with clients who are highly self critical, have perfectionist tendencies, and who have chronic feelings of overwhelm. I am an EMDR trained, trauma informed AMFT, who specializes in codependency and domestic violence related struggles. I also have several years as a school based clinician working at all age levels from K-12th grade.

A loving reminder that you may not have had choice in how certain parts of life have unfolded, however, you ARE in control of writing how you show up moving forward. Therapists are much like shoes. They're important to try on to see how comfy you feel. Please call or text and we can set up a time to see if we align for a good fit.
