As a first generation bilingual Guatemalan immigrant, I am committed to providing therapeutic services to varying diverse communities. It can be difficult to find professionals with whom you can feel safe with. I am culturally aware and embrace all our differences. My relational approach helps me look at people as small parts of a bigger whole. I believe and trust in that "gut feeling", the voice within we sometimes ignore. I want to work alongside you to focus on the emotional healing, and start the process of restoring hope and confidence. I help people address anxiety, cultural issues, loss, and other life transitions. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and Brainspotting - two powerful evidence based interventions. I specialize in working with couples and individuals that are experiencing difficulties within their relationship, anxiety, co-parenting, and motherhood. Currently, I’m working on certification in Maternal Mental Health. I offer a safe space filled with empathy and compassion to share your struggles and feel supported. I will gently guide you through the difficulties you are facing, making sure that you are being heard. It would be a privilege to work alongside you.
