Eve Haydt, MEd LCPC (she/they) is a licensed clinical professional counselor who uses a relational and client centered approach to therapy, integrating CBT, DBT, and ACT skills. Eve works with clients to process experiences using systemic and cultural perspectives. Sessions are client directed, in which a phenomenological approach is taken to prioritize client needs, open dialogue, and collaborative working relationship. In treatment, the focus is placed on clients identifying personal goals to increase confidence in their own agency. Eve brings expertise in working with individuals with eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, trauma, relational struggles, identity concerns, and life transitions. Eve has experience working in higher levels of care and now provides support to those stepping down from intensive treatment. Eve has advanced training and certification in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) assisting clients who have experienced trauma. CPT is a structured 12-session treatment approach to improving the effect of trauma on daily life. Eve aims to reduce trauma responses by increasing cognitive skills, self reliance and resilience to cope effectively.
