Therapists » Clinical Social Work/Therapist
Clients seek therapy for a variety of reasons and I look forward to helping you determine what purpose therapy will serve for you and what therapy will help you accomplish. I can support your strengths, help you understand yourself better, build new skills, make connections between your past and present, and heal trauma. I view clients as important collaborators in therapeutic treatment and I value your contributions and honor your personal identity and experience in the therapeutic process. I specialize in treating adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also treat other challenges, such as grief/loss, low self esteem, life transitions, social/relationship dynamics, and emotional regulation issues. My approach to therapy includes mindfulness, focus on values, acceptance of thoughts and feelings, and goal-setting. I provide a safe and non-judgmental atmosphere in my therapeutic practice in order to create a strong relationship with you so that you can reach your therapeutic goals. Please reach out with questions about my approaches, specialties, and practice as the first step of your therapeutic experience!
