About

I provide individual counseling to adults aged 18 and up. I specialize in working with people with chronic illness, queer and trans people and adults who were diagnosed late with (or suspect they may have) ADHD or autism. However, I support people through a wide variety of the stresses and events that life can throw at us, such as big life transitions, depression, anxiety, and a whole host of other things that might come up for you.

I place a lot of importance on the connection between myself and the client, as that is the foundation on which any work gets done. Compassion, humor, warmth, and occasionally gentle but firm boundary-setting are all part of the process for me.

Please don't hesitate to reach out and set up a consultation with me to see if we might be a good fit. Please note, however, that I do not see clients with active suicidal ideation as it is outside my area of competence.
