I believe therapy is a place for self growth and discovery. I am passionate about helping clients gain deeper awareness and insight to create a more intentional and meaningful life. I work from an integrative approach that is tailored to the client, with an emphasis on mind body connection. I hope to create a supportive and challenging space for clients utilizing interventions from psychodynamic, IFS, Gottman and EFT, and somatic experiencing.
