I specialize in the treatment of traumatic stress and find meaning in supporting clients as they process some of the deepest pain, hardship, and suffering they have endured. One of the most beautiful aspects of my work is watching people develop and practice resilience. Further, being able to support individuals of diverse backgrounds, identities, orientations is important to me, as I believe each person being free to be themselves leads to a vibrant, healthy community. Please feel free to read more about my practice at www.truenorthpsychaz.com My training in Clinical and Disaster Psychology allows me to draw from a wide range of evidence-based tools to develop a treatment plan specifically suited to you. I practice from a place of compassion and recognition of resilience, and work hard to create a safe space for all persons. I believe in affirming each individual in who they are while helping you at whichever stage of self-discovery and growth you are at. When we reflect the uniqueness of each person to them in therapy, I have seen how people start to build esteem and efficacy in themselves. If you are questioning, exploring, processing, discovering, I would love to support you!
